Revised Administrative Order 17-05. Order Regarding Deposit and Investment of Registry Funds
Registry funds are NOT unclaimed funds but are those funds submitted by parties for the court to hold pending resolutions of litigation or determination of ownership.
Interpleader Funds are deposited with the Court by a non-owner, third party for court determination of ownership per 28 USC 1335.
Please use Local Form G-19 Proposed Order to Deposit into Registry, as your proposed order as specific information is required for this process.
Step by Step Instructions:

Select [Bankruptcy or Adversary > Motions/Applications]

Enter Case Number and Click Next

Verify you are docketing on the correct case.

Select Deposit Funds into Court Registry (Interpleader Deposit 28 U.S.C. Section 1335) from pick list
Click Next

Select Party from party pick list or Add/Create new Party
Click Next

Answer the question:
If yes
STOP!
Return to the menu and select Motion to Deposit Funds into Court Registry rather than this motion.
If no, continue process.
